First a PHP Notice is not critical and is a minor information.

Can you precise the version of JMS and the version of joomla.
I assume this is the latest JMS 1.3.73 and latest Joomla 3.8.6.

The line 802 and 803 let suppose that we would have a plugin that has a name and would not have any value or description.
This is strange.
I don't know if you could try debugging the code but if this is the case, it would be good to try identifying the "$key" value that could help find which is the plugin that cause this PHP Notice.

You could try adding something like below to add a trace in the error_log when the "$value[0]" is NOT an object.

if ( !is_object( $value[0])) {
error_log( "Invalid plugin object with key=[$key] and value=".var_export( $value, true));
}

I don't see any images and didn't received any email with the image.

We didn't changed this source for many month.
So if we don't have details on what may cause this issue (in particular the plugin), it is impossible to give you more info.
