Dear Edwin,

I have just upgarded to:

Joomla Multi Sites version: 1.2.15 (Latest available: 1.2.15)
Patches definition version: 1.2.21 (Latest available: 1.2.21)

After this my salve JMS backend is showing up almost balnk - see attached image.

Also, my HWDvideoshare has been upgraded to the latest version:

hwdVideoShare 2.1.5 Revision 177 Alpha [ Dannevirke ] (see attached component)

After the upgrade there are the following errors in HWDvideoshare:

Error 1:

Automatic Conversions
Automatically Convert Videos
Method 1 [Direct Background Execution] This method does not work on your server.
Method 2 [WGet Background Execution] This method does not work on your server.
Method 3 [WGet Background Execution] This method does not work on your server.

(Background execution worked before upgrade)

Error 2:

Retriving Video Length
Could not load ffmpeg-php extension. Using fallback method.
ERROR: Could not determine video duration


Error 3:

Generating Static Thumbnail
ERROR: Thumbnail image could not be generated.
FFMPEG INPUT
/usr/bin/ffmpeg -i /var/www/web2/web/multisites/yctv/hwdvideos/uploads/k5x40krbupgfs3.flv -ss 0:00:01 -t 00:00:01 -s 132x74 -r 1 -f image2 /var/www/web2/web/multisites/yctv/hwdvideos/thumbs/temp_k5x40krbupgfs3.jpg -y

(Thumbs could be created before upgrading)

Error 4:

Injecting Meta Data
ERROR: Could Not Execute FLVTOOL2
FLVTOOL2 INPUT
/usr/bin/flvtool2 -U /var/www/web2/web/multisites/yctv/hwdvideos/uploads/k5x40krbupgfs3.flv

(FLVTOOL2 has been installed)

I hope that it may somehow be possible to resolve these errors, as I cannot make my setup work without your great component and becasue HWDvideo is the only component covering our broadcasting needs.

Can you tell us which was the previous version you have used (before the upgrade).
Can you also have a look if you have an error log in which you would have an error message with the source file name and line number that is responsible of the error.
