The mode is the parameters that you have to setup in Joomla / Modules.
You have to review the parameters for this module and you could setup the "mode" to have the same value than the other one.

The parameter is called "Mode"
You can select among
"g" = Guestbook
"b" = Blog
"w" = Wall
"a" = All
