Installing Patches Breaks Docman 14 Years, 4 Months ago Karma: 0
Hello,

I have a newly upgraded version of Multisites V1.2.22 and Docaman docman_v1.5.3.r1273. Docman was working until I installed the patches.

Joomla Multi Sites version: 1.2.22 (Latest available: 1.2.22)
Patches definition version: 1.2.28 (Latest available: 1.2.29)


When trying to access Docaman from the backend, any menu link, I get:
Restricted access

Something is not right.

Can I please get help?

The latest DocMan that we have reviewed is 1.4.
Can you send us the Docman 1.5 in attachement of an email to allow us check the problem you have described.

I have the same problem now with DOCman 1.4. Do you have a solution for this?

Describe in detail the problem and potentially with screenshot.
We don't have any problem and are not able to reproduce it.
Which version of JMS Multisites are you using ?
Are you using the latest one (1.2.42) ?
If not, I suggest that you follow the procedure described in the FAQ to get the latest version

Hi Edwin,

I found the solution. It is only possible to use DocMan for free until version 1.4. But this version is only running in legacy mode, which was still turned off in the slave site.
