I purchased the Multisites Contacts Component and I have an issue with the (Component Parameters) First of all the "Parameters" for the Multisites Contacts Menu Layout don't match up with the Contact Category Menu Layout Settings.

The reason I bring this up is that I have descriptions in the Categories of the Contacts Component. They show up in my Main Domain but not my Slave domain. The contacts for the category show but, not the description I have for each of the Categories.

Not sure how I can get the category descriptions to show up on the Slave domain?

You are right there is a difference in the paramter.
I have fixed it to provide the same values.
You can get the latest version 1.0.1.
See FAQ for the procedure to get the latest version

The update worked but, my original issue is that the category description still isn't showing on the category layout page on the front end of the Slave Site. I added a description to the Contacts Category in the back-end under the Components>Contacts>Categories description box in the Main Site back-end. Then using the Multisites Contact Component linked to the Main Site Contacts Categories in the Menu Manager of the Slave Site. The description shows on the Main site but, not on the Slave site with the Multisites Contacts link.

Can you describe in detail which parameters you have setup and where.
Did you setup contact paramters and in which websiteSSSSS ?
Did you setup menu item parameters ?

I built the Contacts/Categories on the "Main Website" Back-end, under (Components>Contacts/Categories with descriptions in the "description box") first. The Categories are built under the "Contacts" Component. Then I built the links under the (Menus>Main Menu>New>Internal Link>Contacts>Category>Contact Category Layout) in the "Main Website" Back-end. After that was set on the "Main Website" Back-end, I then went into the "Slave Website" and built the links (Menus>Main Menu>New>Multi Sites Contact sharing>MultiSites Category>Multisites Contact Category Layout). I matched the Parameters that I built in the "Main Website's" Contacts Menu Parameters in the "Slave website" to match. The "Main Website" shows the "Descriptions" for the contacts categories I built but, not in the "Slave Website".

I did notice there wasn't an option in the Menu "Parameters (Component)" in the Joomla Menu "Contacts Category Layout" to show descriptions. I think it shows if you add descriptions to the Category Description Box in the the (Components>Contacts>Categories).

Hope this all makes sense.
