Zoo and Slave site issue 11 Years, 6 Months ago Karma: 0
When I install Zoo it works fine on the Master but each slave site then crashes with a white screen and the following error:

Fatal error: Class 'systemHelper' not found in /home/account/public_html/administrator/components/com_zoo/framework/classes/app.php on line 138

Here is my configuration:

Joomla 1.5.26
Zoo 2.4.18
Multisites patches for Yoo Themes WARP 5.5 and 6.0 1.1.11
Multi Sites 1.2.95

Did you reported this error message to Zoo team.
The message mention that a class is not declared.
That mean that they does not included a source or that it fails to include a source.

Check your error log to see if you have a warning before this error that would reveal which file that Zoo didn't included.

I contacted the support at Yootheme and this is there response:

It looks like the developers of jms2win probably also have to provide a "Multisite Zoo Patch" to make it work and test it (like they did for Warp)?

The bug in Yoothemes is now identified and we will prepare a fix in the Yoothemes patches version 1.1.13
