Everytime I make a modification to the Sh404sef component configuration of either a slave or master site, I am required in the master jms to reapply the patches.

What can I do to avoid this?

Error message follows:

The routing wrapper is not present in the SH404SEF MASTER config.sef file.

Actions:

Add 6 lines containing the routing wrapper to the slave site.

1. What 6 lines?
2. Which slave site?

Furthermore, any configuration changes to sh404sef on the Master/Slave sites is reflected among all the sites!

1) the patch concern the master and not the slaves.
2) When the patches is correctly present in sh404SEF save configuration, each slave sites should have their own configuration. Otherwise, all the websites share the same configuration.

Such problem with extension that are still using very old antical joomla 1.0 method to save their configuration. If the extension had saved their configuration in the DB like this is the case for most of the extension for joomla 1.5 and higher, you would not have such kind of issue.

We will try review the sh404SEF again to identify what they changed concerning their configuration. This may take several days.

I have identified this issue with sh404sef 2.2.3 with joomla 1.5
The same patch than the one present for joomla 1.7 will be included in next release of JMS (1.2.68 - patch 1.2.72)
