As your server mention it, check the permission.

Also test your configuration with the "Hello World" procedure.
See tutorial step 7

Install the "hello.php" file in this directory and check that you can execute it.
Perhaps you will have to change the permission of the folders or files to make it work.

Ok, I will try that and I have another question about Quota?
How many slave websites can we create with the purchased plugin?
We are going to be eventually having thousands of websites that all have the same products (from the master DB and only one checkout with Virtuemart). Are we going to have to pay for quota??? If so, we were unaware of this during the purchase.

Please let me know.

Ok, I followed the instructions and this is what I got.

www.gottchyagear.com/multisites/harpercreek/hello.php - OK

Then at the bottom,
Enter the full path of the slave site:
www.gottchyagear.com/multisites/harpercreek/hello.php

Then I get the following:
The directory [http://www.gottchyagear.com/multisites/harpercreek/] does NOT exists

I have checked file permissions and they are 755.

Unsure of the next step.

Website Quota are required when yiou want to sale the creation of website from the front-end or when you want to customize the website creation from the front-end.
Otherwize, website quota is not required when you create slave sites from the back-end.

You can create unlimited number of website from the back-end without website quota.

Now that we are sure that you can execute PHP into the harpercreek directory, we have to check the JMS slave configuration.

With the "hello.php", I see that Symbolic Link is allowed.
Is it the same with JMS. See settings and tutorial step 6.

If the answer is YES, have you deployed the slave site in "{site_dir}" ?
See tutorial step 9.

If YES, you have to check in the harpercreek directory that you have the index.php and plenty of symbolic links. You should have the same directory structure than you master root directory.
