Sorry, nevermind. It was solved via permissions.

Hello,

I just recently purchased and attempted to install Joomla Multi Sites Version 1.1 (version 1.1.17) on a Joomla install 1.5.9, but right away, I get "Warning! Failed to Move File".

Please help. Thanks,

Tim

The message "Warning! Failed to Move File" is returned by Joomla when you try upload a file using the Joomla ftp layer and that it can not move on the target place.

Check the Joomla Gobal Configuration and the FTP layer setting.
Perhaps the user has no permission or is wrong or password is wrong or ...
