Hi,

I having issue when creating a cloned slave website. I already set the user to super privileges but still don't work. I think it did not manage to create a user and a database.

Do you use the latest JMS 1.3.68 ?
In the version 1.3.67, I did a fix to process specific MySQL error code when CREATE IF EXISTS fails.

So verify if you have the correct MySQL user / password to connect on this DB.
Also try to enable the joomla debug mode in the "Global Configuration" to get more info and the DB connection and queries.
