If you did an upGrade from Joomla 3.2.2 to Joomla 3.4.3 then ensure that you have removed the /installation directory that was present in your Joomla.
In effect, the /installation directory were restored for J3.2.2 and not for J3.4.3
Once the /installation is removed, you can go in the JMS patches to restore the J3.4.3 /installation directory.

When done, you can create your new fresh slave site using the J3.4.3 Web installer script.

That should solve your issue.
