we have a total of 14 sites, all of them took the information during the setup 2 of them do not get the information from the database
db server, DB, Prefix, User,

do you know what it might be the problem
what we should to do solve the problem

The new DB parameters connection are used when you duplicate (copy) an existing website.
So if the parameters are not available or ignored, this may mean that you didn't selected any JMS template rule that define a DB to copy.

When you create a "Fresh Slave" site, the parameters are not used as there is nothing to copy. This is the Joomla Web Installer that will be lauched and in which you will enter the DB connection parameters.
