when i am trying to uninstall component from joomla admin panel then sobi pro component not uninstalled properlly under extention manager->manage and then i i am trying to uninstalled component but error has occured

well i have succusfully uninstalled sobipro from database but when installed again then again error has occured

Tody i have succesfully installed sobipro component in master site but suddenly when i have to installed sobipro component in slave site so this error has occure

Globaly, the installation error and uninstall error seems to be due to a permission error.
Do you have such error with the latest JMS 1.3.28 version or with a previous version ?
Which is your joomla version ?
I suspect that you have this error on Joomla 3.2
