I have a fresh Joomla 2.5.14 installation with JMS 1.3.18. Patches are installed.

I have a YooTheme and Widgetkit installed and on the slave-site they produce absolute paths for Javascript-Files.

I had to add the following to warp/src/Warp/Helper/PathHelper.php in the Theme, to remove the Document Root:
$url = str_replace($_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT'], '', $url);

It seems to work now but it's not ideal for updates and so I would like a longterm solution.

Is this a bug in the theme or an issue with Multisites?

This is a bug in the WARP that Yoothemes never fixed.
This is the reason why we have created a product "Patches for Yoothemes" to fix the WARP bug in each themes and components.

As WARP is included in each themes and product, verify in our extension that the themes or component that you want to have the patch is effectivelly present in our product for the correct joomla version.
