After many many hours of troubleshooting and researching possible cause of 550 Internal Error while installing components of www website I found out that patching ( uploading) administrator/defines.php file is main reason for this error.

We just recently upgraded ( migrated ) to joomla 3.15 and this is one of the bugs we found.

second Possibly caused by same bug we can't recreate new slave websites

Create table error [1005] on query [CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS intern_banners LIKE `canadare_portal`.`www_banners`]. DB Error: Can't create table 'canadare_internat.intern_banners' (errno: 121) SQL=CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS intern_banners LIKE `canadare_portal`.`www_banners`

An Internal Server Error can be caused by plenty of reason and one of the reason is a problem of permission.

The second SQL error message seems to be related to a permission to create the table or the DB canadare_port with table www_banners does not exists or can not be accessd (permssion error)

I agree this could be permission error and that was my first step to insure proper right for folders and files in

/home/username/subdomains/master/public_html and
for www

/home/username/public_html

unfortunately this is not the issue . When
/dministrator/defines.php is removed and installation renamed

you can easily install any components on master and www

When defines.php is enabled only we can install components on master and www gives 550 error.

Unfortunately if that would be permission issues there should be error 550 always showing up

Unfortunately this is really out of my scoop of jms2win component knowledge.
1) 550 error is only on when defines.php is active

I provided grant right user and getting still errors

I this moment only www website is operational and rest is dormant
