After installation of the component, I tried to check the patches then Igot his message :
Erreur de connexion au serveur failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found

Can you provide a screen shot and perform a copy/past of the error message.
This is not clear.

Do you have a specific server configuration ?
Does it accept CURL or open url ?
Do you have a firewall ?

On which version of joomla do you work and which version of JMS ?

If you have closed the CURL and open url to allow your server connection on internet, in the list of patches, there is 1 that provide you a link for a manual installation.
Download the additional zip as documented and perform a manual installation of this zip.

J ai regle un probleme qui etqit lie a l absence du folder installation de Joomla en FR. Apres verification des patches tout semble OK mais une fois sur deux lorsque je passe d un onglet a l autre dans la barre de menu JMS j ai le message suivant ;

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

j ai ouvert apres l installation allow_url_fopen
Je n ai pas de firewall
Enfin j ai la derniere version JMS 1.3 basic

Je vais essayer de suivre votre recommandation pour installer le patch manuellement

Si vous avez une distribution en français, ou une autre langue que l'anglais (distribution par défaut), je recommende toujours d'utiliser le répertoire "installation" qui est fournit avec votre version particulière de telle manière à bénéficier d'éventuelles modification liée à la la langue.
