I would like to use several joobi extension with JMS, but because of the way installation and updates are made (through Jcenter) I would like to know if it is possible. I'm looking more specifically to use Jmarket and Jnews social.

For the moment we didn't reviewed all extension proposed by Joobi.
The current list of extension that is defined in the JMS tool menu is available here

So I am not able to reply to your question yet.
All I can tell you is that I have noticed your requirement and will have a look if we can add some of their extensions in the JMS tool definition.

If their JCenter is something totally outside of Joomla perhaps that it will work as soon as the JCenter is installed.
