Hello,
is it possible to share with all slave sites one virtuemart installation on the mastersite?
I want to offer my retailers a website, in which they can have their own content, articles.. and just the shop (the products) will automatically updated by me.
Is this possible?
Best Regards
Muskes

Dear Muskes,
In VirtueMart, there is a special configuration feature that allows to give the URL and SECURE URL that must be used.
See the VirtueMart / Admin / Configuration - panel Security
May be this will do what you are looking for.

Edwin

Dear Edwin,
thank you for your prompt answer, but this doesn´t work - I tested it. When I change the urls the user jump to the mastersite.
I need a tool/script which synchronizes predefined tables from the master db with the slave db´s (e.g. like this master_vm_products -> slave1/2/3/..._vm_products) everytime when I make a productupdate.
Best Regards,
muskes
Note: is it possible to receive quotas for testings?

Sorry but JMS does not share the website content.
So sharing or synchronise the VM products tables is not present in JMS.
We only have another product "Articles sharing" to display the articles from any webiste but nothing for VirtueMart that could be used to share or synchronize the vm_products.

Hello,
I'm also interested into this feature.
Do you plan to do a component/plugin for that ?

We will analyse this requirement but with current level of our knowledge, the solution does not seems easy and we don't think to be able to propose such solution at short term.
