I use JCE as standard editor on mye sites. When I try to use jceutilities or rokbox as pop up i get the same error message on a couple of slave sites.

Sorry if I don't know all the extension and modules available in the world and if I need more precision.
Can you describe in detail on what I have to look in your website to identify the element that does not work.
I have noticed that some element does not have URL (perhaps this is your problem) - but I don't know how the sliders have to be configured.
Give screenshot and suround the element that cause problem.
Also give detailled information on the extension name, version, where it can be downloaded, how the problem can be reproduced, .....

Problem solved. Ended up using JCEutilities. I had to make sure each element has URL.
