Hi All
I would like to use Multisite 1.1.X, but before I buy it, I would like to know if SEF Component or mod_rewrite are not breaking JMS core functionality?
Thank you,

You can use the Joomla SEF and apache mod_rewrite.
This is what we are using in jms2win.com that itself is a slave site of our company.

Hi,
Thank you for your quick reply.
Do you have tested sh404SEF or Artio SEF component?
Do you think it will work with JMS?
I understand that your component do not alter lot Joomla core file
Joomla SEF has not 1.5 native, I tries to only install COM 1.5 native.
best regards,
HH

SEF is functionality proposed in native Joomla 1.5 and can be enabled when you go in Joomla Global Configuration.
There you enable the SEF and you enable the apache mod_rewrite.
This is what we are using in jms2win.com that is a slave site of our componay.
Concerning SH404SEF, it can be installed.
I know that they propose more functionalities that I don't know yet.
For Artio SEF, I don't know and prefer let our customers tell you if they use it.

Hi there,
I was using SH404SEF and had some issues. Edwin worked through them with me and I have now disabled SH404 and I am using the Joomla SEF and its working like a dream so far.
