I downloaded and installed the Article Sharing component. When I go to my subsite and create an Article Layout menu item and choose the master site as the article source, the menu item is created correctly using an article listed on the master. When I click the menu item on the front end, the page will navigate to the menu item, but there is not content on the rendered page. All that is there is the article title from the main site and a dot from an unordered list.

Help please.

Ensure that you have installed the latest version of the article sharing version 1.3.09 or higher.
