Dear Edwin,
We installed the last version of Joomla and the last version of JMS on a new server and we had an strange issue that we can't resolve now
We installed the master site and every patch. Folder (server/public_html/development/master)
We create an slave site and configure deployment folder (server/public_html/development/slave1)
We configure the domains to that folder but the system doesn't recognize the installation folder.
The deployment folder for the first slave has the "installation" folder
we check the folder and it has index.php with the correct path
$filename = 'server/public_html/development/master/uc/installation/index.php';
But the error still there and we cannot install the first slave (template site) to create our scheme

I confirm this is a bug introduced in the JMS 1.3.57 and that is fixed in the JMS 1.3.58.

This bug only appears in Joomla 3.x
