After creation new slave site using "replicMasterSubdomain" template I got blank page ;(
(subdomain is pointed to public_html as the master)

With" replicMasterSubdir" template all is workong OK.

Blank page is the symptom of a PHP Fatal error and in this case, I suspect that you have a problem on some directory permission or you had an error while creating the slave site;

You need to have success when building the slave site.
Otherwise, the slave site may not be recognized.

Ensure also that your environment follow the symbolic link.
You can check that with the tutorial video 7 or go in the JMS settings menu that will tells you if the symbolic link are allowed.
