Hello, I set 'ignore when pattern is' condition, if anyone clicks on that link from slave site to go to master it works, but the condition doesn't continue. If visitor wants to continue viewing master site and clicks on any article link, it shows him slave site. May be it is due to cookie not setting properly. Please help. Thank you.

In general, when using the "ignore condition", you have to setup the cookie timeout. So that, during the X second that you have setup, the ignore condition remain active. Otherwise, effectivelly, once you have switch on the website, at the next click with the "igonre condition" not present in the URL, you return on the slave.
