When i create a slave site, i get a blank page on my slave site?
the pointer to this site is correct as when i have NO slave site created, it shows the master website

How to solve?

Based on your email that you sent us with the reason, the issue seems to be due (based on the customer reporting and not confirmed) to the fact that he set a default language in the JMS slave site definition combined with a fresh slave site definition that must result by a "Joomla Web Installer".

We are not able to reproduce this error.
So we can not confirm it but provide the reporting of the customer in case where somebody else would have the same issue and would be able to provide more info on how to reproduce it.

We have identified a bug related to the "set default language" under Joomla 3.2 that may cause a PHP Fatal error and therefore a blank page.

That was not related to the "Joomla web installer" but to an installed website that set a new default language.
So perhaps that the description of wilbert was not clear or that we didn't understood it clearly but the fix in JMS 1.3.30 probably will fix this case.
