CBSub is not an extension but an addon to Community Builder. So if you have installed CB, you have automatically all the CBSubs tables declared inside the CB. So share CB and you will also have CBSub tables that should be shared. Use the JMS tools and the "table" tabs to cross-check that the CBSubs table are correctly shared with CB.
