Dear responsible.

Can i use JMS multisites when my domains registered on godaddy.com, but point it to Hostgator and using hostgator nameservers?

I registered some domains name on Godaddy but i like to use Hostgator hosting without transferring domains.

Is it make any problem for JMS multisite?

YES you can do that and we do it for ourself.

You can register a domain anywhere and just declare the name server of you web-hosting or in some cases, just change the DNS / A-record to give the IP of the hosting server.
In gneeral, it is better and easier to update the "name server" to let the new hosting environment manage the DNS records for you and not have to manage them manually.
