I want to create lots of sites in different categories and then have my clients easily create their website depending on the category and templates under the category they choose.

To be able creating website from the front-end like mywebsite2win.com, you need the JMS full edition + the bridge for VirtueMart to process the payment and ordering.

To get the list of website like a directory, you also need the "List websties for anonymous users" layout
