I would like to know if JMS Multisite would work with Realtyna (RPL) extension. I checked under this: article in forum and think not but please advise.

In general what I would like to do is to have a master site where RPL and only RPL is installed. Then create slave sites where the front end functionality of the master site is shared but not the the back end. Then I want slave site to be able to add pages and articles to each site independently and not shared between slave sites. Users defined in master site need to be shared with slave as the master site controls who gets access to what on the slave sites.
