After a akeeba backup I got this error in all menu.

JFTP::write: Bad response
JFTP::write: Bad response

JFTP::write: Bad response


I can't change the CDMOD to 777 on any folders??

I know that, you don't know have to perform a correct backup of the symbolic links and also how to perform a correct backup that share extensions.

Will it be best with a new jms multisites installation?

JFTP mean that you are using the Joomla FTP Layer.
So check the FTP Login and password that you setup in the Joomla configuration.

I found out it was the owner-name of the files in com_multisites that was wrong.

It may have changed in akeeba installer.

Can you please explain to me, how I restore Missing db-server, DB, Prefix and user i manage site?

Templates: Missing From DB and From DB Prefix?

Wiil it be okey if I restore the whole jos_ database with MySQL PhPMyAdmin?
