I know what might be going, I have to do to install the component fine.

Jms Multi Sites is an extension of more than 2MB and that may time a lot of time to execute. Once it is loaded, we try to increase the execution time but some environment may reject it.

An alternate solution is to install Jms Multi Sites from a directory like explained in the tutorial video 3.

This will reduce the time as the file will already be loaded and that should probably solve your problem.
Otherwise, you have to try increasing your PHP max_execution_time parameter

Perfect, and install the component, but now spends not want to load a subdomain created, I set up 2 subdomains which I loaded fine, but now only loads one and the other is not.
What is happening?

Which is the configuration that you setup in you HTTP server administration tool to declare the subdomain ?
Which are the values that you have entered in the JMS slave site definition ?

You must have the "document root" cPanel value equal to the JMS "deploy folder".
