There is no component for that module ,I have created the module my own and also component, that component and module does not have tables.

How to use the google analytics for each slave site?

If you developed your own component or module that does not perform any DB access (no specific table) then you can just defined the extension.

Concerning the google analytics, I suppose you make reference to our free multisites google analytics module.
As the parameters are saved in the module they are specific for each website.
So just add the module in a specific position (ie. footer or main menu, ..) and setup the google code.

I have downloaded the module from above link and installed into my site,My site url as like this niche.solnet.us,So I have configured like this
niche.solnet.us/=UA-23096650-1
niche.solnet.us/slave11=UA-23096650-2
niche.solnet.us/slave12=UA-23096650-3

is this right?

I have downloaded the google analytics module installed and configured as above,but i can not see the google analytics js code inside the body section.
I have created the new position and also tried with existing position even though i can not find the js code,the module in published state.

If you don't find the code, this probably mean that the domain does not match.
I noticed that you put a slash at the end.
I also noticed that you used subdirectories in the domain name.

The multisites google analytics only recognize domain name (without slash at the end) and does not accept subdirectories.

So try removing the slash at the end.

You can also try setup a default value (without any domain name) to verify that the code is correctly inserted.

Also ensure that the module is enabled.

I have removed the slash from the url end.It's working for master site niche.solnet.us but it does not working for niche.solnet.us/slave11, How to solve this issue.
