Error while copying data of the table 14 Years, 1 Month ago Karma: 0
Hello

I am having trouble while saving some slave sites. When I open the site in Manage sites and click save I get the following message.

Code:

        * Error while copying data of the table '#__core_acl_aro_sections'. Stopped on record with data : stdClass::__set_state(array( 'id' => '10', 'value' => 'users', 'order_value' => '1', 'name' => 'Users', 'hidden' => '0', ))

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When defining a slave site that consists in the replication of an existing website, JMS Multisites has different algorithm that depends if the MySQL user login that is used to replicate the webiste.

When the "from" website to copy and the "resulting" use the same DB, the copy can be performed using the same MySQL user.

In the present case, it seems that the "from" and "resulting" DB are different and has different MySQL user.
In this case, JMS Multisites perform the copy manually by reading,writing each records as it is not possible to perform a MySQL copy using the MySQL user provided when it is not valid for both DB.

For unknown reason, you had an error during the copy of the '#__core_acl_aro_sections' table.

If you want to avoid using the JMS Multisites Read/Write record by records, you can add temporarly the MySQL user of the target website as also a MySQL user of the "from" database.
In this case, this will be MySQL that will perform the replication and not JMS Multisites.
