I have two slave sites setup that work. I have two more that do not. I have done exactly the same thing for all of the slave sites. Hello.txt, Hello.html, and Hello.php all work in the root/multisites/site_id directories. When I try to go to the site, I get an error that says the server is not found. The databases aren't setup because install does not run. I have removed the subdomain and recreated it in cpanel with no change. Please help.

You can disregard this, it isn't your problem. I put hello.html in the multisites root and it doesn't work for the new subdomains. This is a server problem.
