JComments NOT working on slave site HELP! 14 Years, 8 Months ago Karma: 0
Hello. My master site www.muse-labs.com has JComments and it works perfectly, but my slave site indynoggin.com it comes up blank on the articles. It just shows nothing. I installed the component through my master site to allow the slave site to use JComments, but it still doesn't work. Please help...

I've a similar problem here... JComments is shown on slave sites below the articles, and I'm able to enter a comment but saving doesn't work. No error, no confirmation, nothing.

Every slave site has got its own database, and I don't want to share comments between the sites, so every site should have its own comments. I use:
Multisite Version 1.2.26
JComments Version 2.1.0.0

Has anyone an idea?

Dear MUSE,
I have used your both URL www.muse-labs.com and indynoggin.com and I don't see the "blank page".
Can you provide the full URL where you have the "blank page" to be sure this is really a blank page.

As I repeat all the times in the forum, the "blank page" is the symptom of a PHP syntax error that stop the PHP execution. In general, you have a "error_log" file where you have the error message with the source name, line code and the reason.
So check if you have such error message in the log that would explain the reason.

Dear Anni,
Your description seems to be different as you say that it does not display the JComment but seems to display the other things on the webpage (module, header, ...)

JComments is not an extension that can be shared.
If this is just the JComment area that is empty, I don't know.
The version that I had tested is the v 2.0.0.
