Do you try to install the patches from a slave site ?
Which version of JMS are you using ? JMS 1.2.x, JMS 1.1.x ? Exact version number.

Do you have a special text in your configuration.php file (the one of you website that try to perform the patch) ?

Thanks for your reply.
There is a copy from a master site where the jms2win not installed when I install the Multisites gives the error, and configuracion.php file has no special text.

Version: JMS 1.2

Edit and check the content of your configuration.php file.
Clearly, there is a conflict with the content of this files that product a PHP syntax error.

The error message is clear.
It has a problem with a "<" character somewhere or perhaps PHP code that is executed somewhere.

Check if you don't have special character or something like that.
