Im getting this error when i uninstall the jms component.

Fatal error: Class 'MultisitesController' not found in /home/foodtabs/public_html/administrator/components/com_multisites/patches/joomla/check_jms_vers.php on line 37

Joomla Multi Sites version: 1.2.0 RC4
Joomla 1.5.11

Please Help

Maybe you should effectivelly update your JMS.
The latest version is JMS 1.2.4.
See the FAQ for the procedure to get the latest version

Yes, i need effectively update/upgrade the JMS on my site, but i can't update/upgrade because i can't uninstalling the old version "Joomla Multi Sites version: 1.2.0 RC4"... because of the error saying:

How can i fix these? problem...

If you have downloaded the latest version (now JMS 1.2.5), you can install it directly with joomla / install.

Of course you can have this error because you have not installed the newer JMS version.
Apply the joomla / install procedure.

Here is the scenario:

1. I install the "Joomla Multi Sites version: 1.2.0 RC4" and its exist now on the site.

2. I need to uninstall this old version because i need to update you latest JMS version.

3. Now, the problem when i uninstall the old version(Joomla Multi Sites version: 1.2.0 RC4) that exist on my site right now is having problem and get of error saying: "
Fatal error: Class 'MultisitesController' not found in /home/foodtabs/public_html/administrator/components/com_multisites/patches/joomla/check_jms_vers.php on line 37"

4. How can i install the new version of JMS since its have old one exist on my site?

Your scenario is wrong and does not correspond to my reply.
You don't have to do the point 2.
Do not try to uninstall JMS.

Directly install JMS 1.2.5 over the existing one.
JMS can be installed as fresh or as update.
