I have curl installed, quota 49/100 and I can not create sites from the front-end "Unable to retrieve website ID"

The error message "Unable to get Website ID" is globally due to an internet connection between your server and my server.

So the problem can be located at your side or on internet or at my side.

Your side, this can be a problem with a firewall and access forbidden outside. As I think that you have several problem to register JMS and that I had to do thing from my side, this hypothesis should not be discard.

Internet, that might be a temporary problem with the internet provider but this is not frequently the case.
Or this can be a temporary maintenance of my hosting company and forbid to access the website.

My side, server could not be reached for unknown reason or does not respond quickly enought.

Do you have a date and time when you received the error to help me investigation on my side.
