i have subsites in directories of a same domain how can i configure the plugin plgSystemMultisites_SSIDomains to enable a functionality single sign ..

You don't need this plugin to share the session between the websites.
You simply have to share the users between the websites.

This is a functionality present in JMS.
You can share the users between the websites and also remain logged when you are using subdomains or subdirectories of a same domain (that is your description).
