I have been having some problems with the Superfish Menu Module.

It installed fine on the master site. Yet when I go to a slave site to install I can't install it and don't get an error message. I did find under the master site (Multisite -> Tools -> Slave site -> Modules)

The module was listed but gave "Risk to define this Extension. Tables to replicate are not defined in JMS. Contact the JMS support to propose the definition of this extension in a next release of JMS"

Is there any way to get this working?

Which version of JMS do you use ?
You seems to use a JMS version before 1.2.65.
The latest version is 1.2.69 that you can update with the procedure described in the FAQ

Concerning the SuperFish menu, we will review it and if it is OK, we will add its definition in a next release of JMS.
