I would like to create a master web site with two slaves.
Each slave site would have a particular shop (Virtuemart) and these two shops would have nothing in common (2 different companies with 2 different bank accounts, different payment modules, different products...). I understood this was possible with JMS if I make an installation of Virtuemart on each slave site (please, correct me if I'm wrong).

But I wonder if it would be possible that the users registered in the SHOP A could log in with the same id/password in the SHOP B and find their billing and delivery informations. So the only common point beetween the two virtuemart components would be the clients informations, and I think it's managed by the table "vm_user_info".
So here is my question : is it possible to share only this table ? Or would there be another way to get what I want ?

1) You are partially OK and wrong.
Wrong because VirtueMart save some configuration into files on the disk.
Virtuemart, save the payment method configuration and the shipment configuration into files on the disk.
Therefore they are shared between the websites.

2) It is possible to share the Virtuemart users between the websites.
Becarefull that in this case, both website can also be admninstrated by the other websites (as the Super Administrator is shared).
This share all the users (including the administrators).

The client information are effectivelly managed by the "vm_user_info" AND also by the standard joomla "users".
So if you want to share the users, this need to also share the joomla users.

I shared the VM on two slave sides. (SHOP A and SHOP B )
I would like to show different products in the shops but i need the combined shopping cart. Is it possible?

This is not possible automatically.

You need to modify your VirtueMart.
Here are some idea to modify your virtuemart.
1) The idea is to modify VirtueMart to filter the products based on a list of categories that you could setup somewhere.

2) If you are using specific VM themes, you can also modify them to display specific products depending on additional criteria that you can for example setup in "product type".
