This plugin has the ability to auto create a download link for the audio/video file that it is playing; however it uses a download.php file that while referencing the correct slave site, and path to the correct folder, I can only assume that it is linking to a path from the host site on the back end as the download link can never find the file on any of my slave sites, even though the player is able to play the audio/video file without any problems.

Sorry but I have no time to search for extension and where and how to download it.

The link that you provided correspond to a "JW Tabs & Slides" Module and not a plugin for All Videos or I don't understand.
You also mentioned a download.php that is not present in this module.

Would you be provided a detailled scenario of how to reproduce the problem and verify that you provide us the correct extension.

We have reproduced the problem of the "download" link that does not work when called from a slave site.

We have prepared a patch that will be released in the Patch Definition 1.2.49
