Hi Edwin,


We are having problem with this "aiContactSafe" component. It was installed successfully but when i tried it on the slave site it is not working.

Please see the attached screenshot on the master site. What may be the problem with it? I hope you can help us with this.

Where is the attached screenshot ?
Can you give a detail description of the error message or the problem ?

Just say install and it does not works in the slave does not help identify the reason.
Do you have error message, can you describe how you have installed in the slave, ...


Please detailled scenario that can be reproduced.

Also provide the version number of the JMS multisites and the patches version number.

I've already recieve your reply on my email with the attached screenshot.

I'll try to upgrade first because it seems to be out dated
