Hey Edwin,

I recently installed Modules Anywhere in the Master Site and attempted to install it on a slave and I get the error message that the extension is not found in the Master, to install it in the Master first before installing it in the Slave.

I have verified that the plugin is installed and published but dont seem to be able to install it into the slave. Am I missing a step? I also tried editing the slave site from the master and saving it again in the hopes that it would synchronize but I still receive the same error message.

Send this extension in attachement of an email.
I will try to reproduce it.
Which version of JMS are you using.
I have already had a similar problem with a very old JMS version.

Joomla Multi Sites version: 1.2.19 (Latest available: 1.2.19)
Patches definition version: 1.2.25 (Latest available: 1.2.25)

This extension works also in the slave site.
This plugin in fact contain 2 plugins that must be installed in the slave site.

- System - Modules Anywhere
AND
- System - NoNumber! Elements

So if you install both, it works.
I have use the JMS tools and decide to install both of them in the slave.

The NoNumber!Elements plugin installs at the same time as the Modules Anywhere so it already exists in the Master Template, but I still get the error message. How did you install it??? I have tried everything I know how and cannot get it to install. What do you mean you use the JMS tools and decide to install both of the in the slave site?

You need to use the JMS tools and ask to install it in the slave site.
I have do it and it works.

In JMS 1.2.x, you have a menu called "Tools".
There you can supervise the installation of all the extensions.
So you can select the website where you want to install an extension and just click "install".


If you are still using a JMS 1.1.x, this will be more difficult to re-install any "NoNumber" extension due to their specific (experiment) installation processing.

This is the same problem than "Content Templater" that is distributed by "No Number".
