Ok through the website tools /modules from the multisite menu:laugh:

As all plugins, when you have installed them, you need to enable them.
If it is not enabled, it will not be executed.

So yes you need to install them in the slave site and enable it.

I have installed the ga2win plugin, added the slave site codes, activated the pluginmodule in every slave site and now google recognizes my master site and one slave, four slave sites are recognized but still pending (3 days now) and one slave site isn't recognized at all....

It can take a while before google has indexed/crawled the sites, so i give it a little time and i'l get back on this subject later. anyways the codes and the settings are triple checked.

In Google Analytic, you can verify the code.
You just have to show the HTML source of the slave site you want to check and verify that the peace of code required by Google Analytic is present with the appropriate number.

In firefox, do a CTRL-U to see the source.
