When you say that table jos_phocasef_url was not created in the slave site, can you explain the procedure that you have used to install the extension.
There are 3 method to install an extension into a slave site:
1) Re-install the extension in the slave site itself using the Joomla Extension / Install procedure
2) Replicate a website where the extension is already installed.
3) Use the JMS tools to install the extension. In this latest case, this only work with extensions defined in the JMS tools as we have to provide manually the list of tables that must be copied or shared for each extension. You have different icons to show you if you can safely install the extension. So if you have used this 3rd method, as phoca_sef is not yet declared, this may be normal that you don't have this table present in the slave site.
We will review this extension and add its definition for the next release of JMS that we hope publish soon (probably begin of next week) with other additional extension definitions.
