If you just want to replicate a website, you need to create a JMS template rule.

See for example the "replicMaster" rule described plenty of times in the forum

You also have the tutorial video 0.d that show the "replicMaster" rule that you have to write to replicate the master website.
www.jms2win.com/en/tutorial#jms12x-0d

Here it is again a sample JMS Template rule:

Template ID = replicMaster
domain = {site_url}/multisites/{site_id}
Template site = <master DB>
New prefix = {site_id}_
Deploy folder = {site_dir}

Once the rule is created, you can use it to build the slave site.

Site ID = test1
Template = select the "replicMaster"
Site title = put a new title.

I've tried this multiple times and still haven't accomplished a true replication that isn't attached to the original site. Please observe this:

Here are 2 different URL directories:

Network Site: shogn.net/gamenetwork/
Game Site: shogn.net/gamenetwork/multisites/otd/

If you go to the "game site" it seems to show the proper director in the address bar. However, if you click on home, or any other menu option, the director returns to the "network site" directory in the address bar. Is there any reason why it would do this? I've followed the tutorial perfectly and even did a full fresh Joomla install on a different hosting site and had the same results.

I'm using Joomla 2.5.4 and have a fully updated version of Multi-Site. This seems to be the last piece of the puzzle that I need solved. An important point to express would be that it works fine on the Joomla 2.5.3 release I used prior to updating.

Thanks in advance.

I am not able to see anything in the website that you provided.
They return a fatal error.

You mentioned that you updated your joomla.
Did you checked the database structure.
See the "extension manager" / "database" and potentially fix the DB structure.
Repeat the operation in each slave site to verify the DB structure.
