I edit and resave the site so syncronize with its website template but seems that nothing happens because the advise button still shows.

What can I do to solve this issue.

Maybe this is linked to the previous problem (slave site doesn't sync with its template):

I had the following error: 500 JDatabase is not installed. This happened after I unistalled the patches in order to do an JMS up-to-date (v1.2.83).



How can I solve both issues?

If the JDatabase patch is not installed, go in the JMS / check patches menu
and click install the patches.

This probably happen after an update of Joomla.
So you have to re-install the patch.

Concerning the refresh icon, as the tool tips mentioned it, it compares the number of tables.
So use the JMS Tool menu / table tabs to verify the tables.
You probably have a difference somewhere.
Perhaps that you have a table present in the slave and that is not present in the "template / master" website
