I configured a site slave as subdirectory: www.mysite.it/slave1.
When I click the link, it open the installation of Joomla for the slave site, but the installation does not proceed beyond the configuration database and still remains on the creation of the database.

If joomla installation (not JMS) does not go to the next step, review the DB parameters that you use to create the DB.

Perhaps that you need to create the DB in your cPanel before creating it in joomla.

Verify also your DB user login and password.

the database already exists, it is the same as the master site.
To install the slave site I changed the prefix for the tables.
my hosting is not cpanel.

Which joomla version do you use ?
Do you use an english version or another language of Joomla ?
If you are using another language, perhaps you could restore the "installation" directory of your joomla distribtution language.
If you restore your joomla installation directory, recheck the patches to let JMS install a patch in the installation directory.

We therefore decided to delete everything to start from a clean install, but we can not delete some folders because we as a response message access denied. it is possible that JMS has become the owner? If so, how can we solve?

JMS is not become the owner.

If you have problem to delete some files and folders, this is the symptom that you have ownership inconsistency on your server.
In general, this mean that you have some files and folders own by an FTP user and other files that are owned by apaches.

In this case, you have to check the ownership of the files and folder and perhaps contact your hosting provider to report the ownership inconsistencies.

In general, the suPHP apache module allow managing correctly the ownership of the files and folders.
