After I created a site in the Site Manager with a new database apart from the Master db, I get this error:

jtablesession::store failed
DB function failed with error number 1146
Table 'connecti_jotest.jos_session' doesn't exist SQL=INSERT INTO `jos_session` ( `session_id`,`time`,`username`,`gid`,`guest`,`client_id` ) VALUES ( '59d7ff7f2ba30cf82f3d0a4dd9cd9b94','1314737080','','0','1','1' )

Could someone help how to fix this issue?

As the error message tell you, the table jos_session does not exists in the connecti_jotest database.
So verify that this table exists. You can check that with PHPMyAdmin or use the JMS Tool menu with the "tables" tabs that will show you all the tables and links.
